Kathryn Dennis just filed new court documents as her custody battle with ex-boyfriend Thomas Ravenel rages on. The Southern Charm star fired back at the accusations that she received drugs from producers on the show and was recently involved in a hit and run.
Dennis called Ravenel’s accusations “frivolous” and says that she has passed all of her random drug tests since 2017. She also took a dig a Ravenel by saying her children want to spend more time with her instead of a nanny.

“[It is] extremely sad and disturbing that the Defendant would fabricate an entire series of defamatory allegations in his court documents,” the court documents explained.
Ravenel also claimed that Dennis was using the custody battle to generate a good storyline for the show. According to All About the Real Housewives, Dennis revealed that she filed for primary custody after filming had concluded to avoid that kind of misunderstanding.
As far as the car accident is concerned, Dennis says that Ravenel got the footage from a private investigator he hired to keep tabs on her. She believes this is in direct violation of his restraining order and assured fans that the accident was not as bad as it appeared on tape. Instead, she claims that she only “slightly grazed” the car and that little damage was done.
After defending herself, Dennis went on the offensive and told the court that she has evidence that Ravenel was using cocaine when their son was born. Dennis has a witness who spotted the former Southern Charm star partying and doing drugs while she was giving birth.

Back in November, Ravenel sued Bravo and the show’s producers, who wanted to air unused footage that was damaging to Ravenel. Ravenel filed a motion to suppress the footage around the same time his custody battle with Dennis was heating up.
Dennis is currently seeking full custody of their children and has been fighting Ravenel in court since October. Ravenel has not commented on Dennis’ latest filing and is currently fighting charges he sexually assaulted his children’s nanny.
