Apollonia enjoys spending time in her swimsuit and making a splash at the pool. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Apollonia is a hiker. On a recent trip to Los Angeles she hiked up to the Hollywood sign. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Apollonia enjoys soaking in the bath tub. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Apollonia also enjoys cycling. During a recent trip to Miami she took a bike ride on the boardwalk. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

You can often find Apollonia sipping on a Starbucks – both cold and hot. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
