Owen Joyner is an American actor. His mother is German.

Owen’s paternal grandfather was Kevin Barry Joyner (the son of John Thomas Joyner and Eileen McDonnell). John was the son of John Herbert Joyner and Geneva Rebecca Cobb, and had deep roots in Virginia, of mostly English descent. Eileen was an Irish emigrant, from Dublin, the daughter of John McDonnell and Bridget Purdy.

Owen’s paternal grandmother is Genemary M. Packer (the daughter of Clifford W. Packer and Marguerite Delores Horstman). Clifford was the son of Clifford George Packer and Ruth Ella Dyer. Marguerite was the daughter of Bernhard Henricum Fredericum Horstman/Horstmann, who was the son of German emigrants, from Hanover, and of Frances Mary Hamburg, whose grandparents were also all German.
