Kylian Mbappe brought a fan onto the pitch after hitting her with a ball in a warm-up.

Paris Saint-Germain were taking on Strasbourg in their penultimate game in Ligue 1 with the title up for grabs.

As the players warmed up on the Stade de la Meinau Strasbourg pitch, Mbappe had a wayward shot that went into the stands.

It hit one unlucky fan right in the face and busted her nose, leaving her bloodied.

Mbappe immediately went into the stands past the gate and managed to get her pitchside where he checked up on her.

With the help of stewards, she was ushered onto the pitch where medics treated her nose while the PSG star consoled her.

He later came back and gave her a shirt after she had been patched up before a sweet hug as he jogged back to his team.

And it turned out to be a day of celebration in Paris as they clinched the title with a 1-1 draw against Strasbourg.

Lionel Messi opened the scoring, overtaking Cristiano Ronaldo in the process with the most goals in Europe's top five leagues.

His 496th club goal was cancelled out by ex-PSG star Kevin Gameiro's late strike.

But the party was already in full force, with a draw enough to push them four points ahead of second-placed Lens with one game left.

It is PSG's second league title in a row, having lost out to Lille in 2021.

And it is the 11th in their history, while they had practically landed the title before kick-off due to their superior goal difference over Lens.

Whether it will be enough to keep Christophe Galtier in a job remains to be seen having crashed out of the Champions League at the first knockout round.

He said: "This afternoon I watched the last day of the season in the Bundesliga and you can see that it is very difficult to win the league, any league.

"The reigning champions in all European leagues have often had problems this season, so we appreciate what this means.

"It is a title and we must not believe it is normal to win, even if we are Paris Saint-Germain."

Messi's goal might also have been his last at the Paris club, with his contract set to expire at the end of the season.
